patches for the mvdsv QuakeWorld server

• mvdsv-0.28_0.3.diff.bz2
  Now handles EAGAIN when doing sendto: this can happen when an interrupt occurs. Added 'closetelnet' which is usefull if you would like to close a remote telnet session from within the console. Better detection of disconnected telnet sessions (handles errors during write() calls). 'cheatlist' lists the users and the cheats they have enabled (god- and noclip modes). 'pingmine' lists more elaborate statistics on the ping times.
• mvdsv-0.28_0.2.diff.bz2
  Includes the patch from mvdsv-0.28.diff.bz2 and adds a 'help' command which lists all available console commands and findbsp which recursively finds maps. Also the 'map' command without parameter informs you about the currently loaded map.
• mvdsv-0.28.diff.bz2
  mvdsv version 0.28 would not allow you to re-login via the telnet interface if you were logged in very long and then disconnected. This patch fixes that.
