Linux tools for the iPAQ

Introduction

For some time Linux is also available as a replacement for microsoft pocketpc on an iPAQ.
I have ported a couple of utilities I wrote to this platform. You can find them here.
Note: these are nothing more then ARM binaries, so you should be able to run them on other Linux platforms with an ARM processor as well.
httpingA tool for pinging http-servers on application level.
gibberish-0.2-bin-arm.tgzSends random data to a TCP or UDP port. You can use this to see if your application will not crash when someone tries to crash it by sending rubbish.
phantom-1.1-bin-arm.tgzThis file replaces sectors consisting of only 0x00 with "phantom blocks": this conserves diskspace. Usefull for embedded devices!
truncate-0.6-bin-arm.tgzTruncates a file or creates a file consisting of only 0x00: this one is far more faster then doing the same with dd!
bullucks-arm.tgzA chess program.
