signal patch

Introduction

This patch makes the Linux kernel emit log-entries when a program receives a fatal signal. That way one can more easily determine when, for example a daemon proces stopped with what signal.
The following signals cause a log-entry: SIGQUIT, SIGILL, SIGTRAP, SIGABRT, SIGBUS, SIGFPE, SIGSEGV, SIGXCPU, SIGXFSZ, SIGSYS and SIGSTKFLT.
